EATING HEALTHY FOR A PERFECT SHAPE

So many people do not eat right,yet they crave for the perfect body and shape.......as the saying goes nothing good comes easy .here are few tips to get that perfect shape you have been craving......
*Take enough water
*Eat a lot of vegetables
*Take a lot of fruits
*Avoid fatty foods
*Avoid eating late at night
*Do a lot of exercise

It is a rule in my house to eat before 7pm. It is so hard to avoid fatty foods, I try to peel off the skin from my chicken before consumption
